As a family of 5, we have food waste that we either feed to our pigs, chickens or compost worms.  In 2022 we rescued almost 900 lbs of pumpkins from the land fill with community donations from just Lawrence community members!!  I hope to double that next year.  We also donated 30lbs of honey to Just Food, our local food bank.
